Quick Answers

How do fans take a selfie?

Fans scan the QR code with their phone, agree to consent, and tap the camera button. Or use Kiosk Mode, they just walk up and tap the screen.

How fast do photos appear on the big screen?

Instantly after you approve them. With AI auto-moderation enabled, safe photos appear in under 3 seconds with zero manual effort.

Can I collect fan emails?

Yes. Add an email field in Settings > Data Collection. Fans get a download link emailed automatically when their photo is approved.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your fan cam links become inactive, but all your settings, branding, session history, and collected data are preserved. Reactivate anytime to resume.

Can fans only see their own photos?

Yes. The gallery identifies fans by their device or email. They only see photos they personally uploaded, never other people's photos.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Go Fan Cam runs entirely in the browser. Any device with a camera and internet connection works, phones, tablets, or laptops.
