Go live in 6 steps

From sign-up to your first big screen selfie in under 15 minutes. No technicians, no hardware, no training required.

Create Your Account

Sign up at gofancam.com and choose a plan. You'll receive a confirmation email — once verified, you can access the dashboard immediately.

Set Up Your Branding

Upload your logo, choose brand colours, and optionally upload a custom photo frame. This branding appears on the fan camera, the big screen output, and your admin dashboard.

Generate Your QR Code

Your unique QR code is created automatically when you create a fan cam link. Print it on match-day signage, display it on venue screens, or share the short URL directly.

Add the Browser Source URL

Copy the display URL from your dashboard and paste it into vMix, OBS Studio, or Tricaster as a web browser input. Set the resolution to 1920x1080. This URL never changes.

Run Your First Session

Click "Start Session" on the moderation page. Fan photos will appear in your moderation queue. Approve to send them to the big screen, reject to discard. Enable browser notifications to get alerts for new photos.

Review Your Analytics

After the session, check your analytics for total submissions, approval rates, device breakdown, sponsor performance, and hourly trends. Export PDF reports for stakeholders.

Pro Tips

  • Run a test session from your desk before matchday — scan the QR code on your phone, take a selfie, approve it, and watch it appear on the display page.
  • Enable AI auto-moderation in Settings > Compliance to auto-approve safe selfies and auto-reject inappropriate content.
  • Add sponsor logos in Settings > Sponsors to earn revenue and give sponsors measurable impressions.
