Go Fan Cam ("we", "us", or "our") provides a fan selfie capture and display platform for sports and entertainment events. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in connection with our services.

- Fan photos — images captured through the fan camera during events
- Consent records — timestamp and consent text agreed to before a photo is taken
- Device fingerprints — anonymous session identifiers used for deduplication
- Account data — name, email address, and organisation details for admin accounts
- Usage data — page views, feature interactions, and analytics for service improvement
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process fan photo data on the basis of explicit consent obtained before each photo is captured. Admin account data is processed under contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To display approved fan photos on big screens during events
- To provide analytics and reporting to event organisers
- To improve and maintain our platform
- To comply with legal obligations
5. Data Retention
- Approved photos — automatically deleted after 90 days
- Rejected photos — deleted within 30 days
- Consent records — retained for 12 months then purged
- Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

7. Data Sharing

- Supabase — database and storage infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing for admin subscriptions
