Gallery & Sharing
Every share is free advertising
Fans find their photos in a branded gallery, download with your logo watermarked, and share directly to WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok.
How Fans Find Their Photos
After the event, fans visit the gallery link. The page automatically identifies them by their device (same phone they used to take the selfie). If they're on a different device, they can search by the email they entered.
Private by Design
Fans only see their own photos, never anyone else's. If photos are still being reviewed, they see a "pending" notification that auto-refreshes every 15 seconds.
Branded Downloads
When fans download their selfie, your logo is automatically watermarked in the bottom-right corner with a subtle dark backdrop. Every shared photo carries your brand.
Social Sharing
One-tap sharing to WhatsApp, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, or copy link. On mobile, the native share sheet offers even more options.
Getting the Gallery Link
Find it in: Dashboard > Fan Cams > "Gallery" button. Or from the Moderation page > "Gallery" button in the header. The link is public, print it on signage, share in emails, or post on social.
Bulk Download (Admin)
On the Moderation page, click "Download All Photos" to download every approved photo. Files download one by one with a progress counter.
Pro Tips
- Print the gallery QR code on event signage so fans can access it during and after the event.
- Include the gallery link in post-event emails, it's automatically included when post-event automation is enabled.
- Every downloaded photo has your logo watermark, fans sharing on social media = free brand exposure.
- Share the gallery link on your own social media: "Find your photos from tonight!"
FAQ
Can fans download other people's photos?
No. The gallery only shows the fan's own photos, identified by device fingerprint or email. There is no way to browse all photos.
How long are photos available?
Photos are stored for 90 days by default (365 days with the extended retention add-on), then permanently deleted.
Can I disable the gallery?
The gallery is available by default. If you don't share the link, fans won't know it exists. There is no separate toggle to disable it.
