Branding & Customisation

Make It Yours

Every element of the fan experience is customisable. Your branding, your colours, your sponsors. Fans see your brand, not ours.

Logo Upload

Upload your organisation or event logo. It appears on the fan-facing app (the screen fans see when they scan the QR code), the big screen output, and your admin dashboard. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Transparent backgrounds recommended.

Background Colours & Images

Set your brand colours for the fan app background and the big screen output. You can also upload a background image for the big screen display. Use high-resolution images (1920x1080 or larger) for the best results.

Photo Frames

Choose from our template library or upload your own custom photo frame. Frames overlay the fan's photo on the big screen and in their downloaded copy. Upload frames as PNG files with transparency. Design your frames at 1080x1920 (portrait) for the fan app or 1920x1080 (landscape) for the big screen.

QR Code Styling

Customise the look of your QR code. Adjust the size, corner radius, and foreground colour to match your brand. The QR code always links to your unique fan app URL. Print it on signage, display it on screens, or embed it in your match-day programme.

Post-Photo Call to Action

After a fan takes their photo, you can show a custom CTA with text and a clickable URL. Use this to drive traffic to your website, merchandise store, membership sign-up, or social media. The CTA appears on the fan's phone after submission.

Sponsor Logos

Upload sponsor logos with click-through URLs. These appear on the fan-facing app during the photo experience. Each click is tracked per sponsor, per session. See the Sponsor Management guide for full details.

Terms & Conditions / Consent Text

Customise the consent text that fans see before submitting their photo. This typically includes your organisation's terms of use, photo usage rights, and GDPR consent language. Fans must accept before their photo is submitted.

Design Tips

  • Use high-contrast colours so your branding is legible on both phone screens and large displays.
  • Keep photo frames clean around the face area. Overlay elements work best in corners and edges.
  • Test your setup on a phone and on the big screen before the event to ensure everything looks right.
