Terms & conditions.

These are the rules for using Go Fan Cam. They cover what we will do, what you agree to do, and what happens when things go sideways. We have kept them as plain as the law lets us.

Version v2.4
Effective 01 March 2026
Last updated 17 February 2026
Governed by Singapore law

Welcome. By creating a Go Fan Cam account or using our apps, cameras or services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a club, federation or organising body, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

Short version. You pay the plan fee. You own the footage your cameras capture. We host, process and deliver it. We try very hard not to go down. Don't use the service to film people who have not agreed to be filmed, or to break the law.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder) and Go Fan Cam Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (company no. 202418372K). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Go Fan Cam. “You” and “your” refer to the account holder and anyone you allow to use the service through your account.

By clicking “I agree”, entering payment details, or using the service in any way, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement where applicable. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Go Fan Cam is

Go Fan Cam is a software platform that enables fan cam activations on stadium big screens. Fans scan a QR code, take a selfie in their mobile browser, and appear on the screen after admin approval. The service includes our web apps, admin dashboard, browser-source output, and any support or documentation we provide.

We are a software and platform business. We are not a broadcaster. We do not provide cameras, the venue, officials, or the event itself. You are responsible for the physical setup, the internet connection at the venue, and any consents needed to film.

3. Your account

To use paid features you need an account. When you create one, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone outside your organisation.
  • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
  • Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account, whether you did it or someone you gave access to did it.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Under-18s can appear in photos with appropriate consent, but they cannot be account holders.

4. Fees and billing

Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. As of the effective date above, the Standard plan is USD 30 per month per cam. Multi-venue and enterprise pricing is quoted in writing.

How we bill

  • Monthly plans renew every month on the anniversary of your activation date.
  • We charge the card on file in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes (including GST, VAT and sales tax) are added where required.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law, or as expressly stated in these terms.

Price changes

We may change plan prices. If we do, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price will apply on your next renewal.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days. If it still fails, we will suspend your account. Your content is not deleted during suspension, but the fan cam will not be operational.

5. Your footage and content

You own your content. Fan photos captured through your cam, the session reports we generate, and the metadata attached to them are your content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, encode, index, back up and transmit your content, solely so we can provide the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies held in backups for up to 90 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Film people who have not consented to be filmed, where consent is legally required.
  • Film minors without verifiable guardian consent.
  • Film in private spaces under any circumstances.
  • Break copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property law.
  • Break broadcast, league or federation rules you have agreed to.
  • Defame, harass or threaten anyone.
  • Upload malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or probe our systems for weaknesses without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source of our software, except as the law allows.
  • Resell the service to third parties without a written reseller agreement.

If we reasonably believe you are breaking these rules, we may remove content, suspend your account, or terminate the agreement. We will tell you why if we can.

7. Broadcast and event rights

Sports footage sits on top of a web of rights that belong to clubs, federations, players' unions, broadcasters and venues. You are responsible for making sure you hold, or are authorised under, the rights needed to film and distribute any event you use Go Fan Cam for.

8. Intellectual property

The Go Fan Cam platform, our software, our branding and our documentation are our intellectual property. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for as long as your subscription is active, for the purpose of using the service.

9. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and why. For business customers, our Data Processing Agreement sets out our obligations when we process personal data on your behalf. Both documents are part of this agreement.

10. Uptime and availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Go Fan Cam cloud and live pipeline. If we drop below that in any calendar month, and the reason was within our control, customers on active paid plans can claim service credits:

  • Below 99.9%: 10% credit on that month's fee.
  • Below 99.0%: 25% credit.
  • Below 95.0%: 50% credit.

Credits must be claimed within 30 days. They are your only remedy for downtime. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, venue internet failures, and misuse don't count towards downtime.

11. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

We can suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You don't pay.
  • You break these terms in a serious way, and don't fix it within 14 days of us asking.
  • We have to, because of a court order, a regulator, or a credible legal risk.

When the agreement ends, we stop providing the service. You can export your content for up to 30 days after termination. After that, we delete it from live systems. Backups are purged within 90 days.

12. Warranties

We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards for a platform of this kind.

Except as stated above, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any specific performance claim not written into this agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this agreement limits liability we are not allowed to limit: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law says can't be capped.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising under or related to this agreement, in any 12-month period, is capped at the greater of:

  1. The fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
  2. USD 1,000.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we were warned they were possible.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your content or its distribution.
  • Your breach of these terms.
  • Your breach of any third-party right, including broadcast or image rights.

15. Disputes and law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before going to court, we will try to resolve things informally. Write to us at legal@gofancam.com, explain the problem, and we will respond within 10 business days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel before the effective date.

Minor changes (fixing typos, clarifying wording without changing meaning) take effect when posted, with the version number bumped.
