Terms of Service — Go Fan Cam

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Go Fan Cam platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Go Fan Cam provides a fan selfie capture, moderation, and display platform for sports and entertainment events. Features are tiered by subscription plan (Starter, Pro, League).

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share admin access with unauthorised parties
You must ensure fans are informed of how their photos will be used
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents before displaying images

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Go Fan Cam to:

Capture, store, or display images of individuals without consent
Collect images of minors without appropriate parental consent
Upload or display content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions
Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Day Pass and Week Pass products are non-refundable once activated

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Fan images remain the property of the individuals depicted. You retain no ownership rights over fan content. Go Fan Cam retains all rights to the platform, design, and underlying software.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You act as a data controller for fan images; Go Fan Cam acts as a data processor on your behalf.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
